Buddy Walk'in in Toledo

Sunday, October 6th the Wicked Awesome Wishes team and Lady Jane's team members from our Holland / Springfield, OH location teamed up for the annual Buddy Walk.  Over one thousand participants, vendors, and sponsors attended the event which generated money, support and awareness for individuals with Down Syndrome in the greater Toledo area.  The team from Wicked Awesome Wishes was grateful to interact with the attendees, taking part in the inflatable games, pumpkin and face painting, and dancing by the DJ!  Seeing the joy on so many kid's faces helped us know that our financial and volunteer support was helping a great cause.  It provides support, education and advocacy not only for those  individuals, but also their families and communities.  We are  looking forward to participating next year!
